DESCRIPTION:Dear Thay\, dear beloved sangha\, \nWe are sharing happy news! We are hosting our first Wake Up Schools retreat in Ireland. \nPlease join us for a four-day retreat in mindful living offered by Br Phap Lai and Br Duc Hanh from Plum Village. Together\, we’ll practice mindful living\, nourish joyful presence and take care of our own suffering. By first caring for ourselves and dwelling in the present moment\, we create conditions for our school communities to be more kind\, resilient\, joyful\, attentive – and open to learning.
