You are invited to join us for a day of mindfulness and compassion. We will practice sitting meditation, walking meditation and deep relaxation. This is a wonderful opportunity to slow down and soothe oneself. To sooth others and the earth. Be nourished by community practice with stillness, movement, silence and chat.
Arrive for 10:25, bring your vegetarian lunch, warm clothes and shoes suitable for outdoor walking. Look forward to an enjoyable day.
