A Day of Earth Holding
A day of: Earth Holding practices, guided sitting and walking meditation, and dharma talks in the Plum Village Ecological Interbeing tradition.
As we bear witness to a world in crisis, practising compassion with ourselves can encourage a deeper connection with others, with our communities and with the more-than-human world.
We not only have the opportunity to transform ourselves and touch a deeper peace and joy, but also to bring healing back to our families, our communities and to society through the mindfulness practices of the Earth Holder Community.

About The Earth Holder Community
The Earth Holder Community (EHC) is a branch of the Plum Village tree that applies Thich Nhat Hanh’s core teachings on engaged Buddhism, mindful living, racial and social justice and Ecological Interbeing with Mother Earth at this time of ecological crisis.
The EHC is grounded in Thich Nhat Hanh’s Plum Village tradition and teachings on Interbeing, and also takes inspiration from the work of Mahatma Gandhi, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Joanna Macy.
You can follow The Earth Holder Community on Facebook (and Mindfulness Ireland also).
