🪷 Our Dharma Teachers 🪷

Martina and Martin are life long friends on a shared meditation path since 1999 traveling together exploring the teachings of the Buddha and Thich Nhat Hanh. They regularly offer days of mindfulness and retreats together, with others and on their own.

In 2025 they traveled to Plum Village with Maureen, Orlaith and Ted to receive the Lamp transmission and become Dharma teachers. There are presently 5 dharma teachers in Ireland.
